REFUNDS & RETURNS 

  1. I received my package/product in a damaged condition. What should I do?
    The team at YourDesign Store has taken care to ensure that all products are packaged properly so as to make sure the products aren’t damaged. Exchange can be claimed on defective products, including the following issues:
    - Wrong size (eg. You have ordered an XL, and received a Medium) 
    - Physical damage to a particular product
    - Damage of printing on a particular product

    All such cases should be brought to the notice of YourDesign Store within 4 days of receiving the product. You can do so by writing an email to support@yourdesignstore.in, in which the following information should be included:
    - Your order number 
    - Image of the defective or damaged product
    - Information on whether the packaging was damaged too

     
  2. Is the t-shirt/shirt size different for men and women?
    Yes. Choose the size that best fits you. Use the size charts on each page for reference.
     
  3. I don’t see my size in the size chart. What should I do?
    It is possible that your exact chest size isn’t available. Please order the nearest size that will fit you (a size higher if you prefer a more relaxed fit).
     
  4. Can I exchange the t-shirt/shirt if the size does not fit me?
    Unfortunately, no. Please be very careful while selecting your size. There are no exchanges or returns for size issues once the delivery is complete.
     
  5. Can I change my order once it’s placed?
    In case you require a change in the t-shirt size, delivery address etc. after you’ve placed your order, you will need to send an email to support@yourdesignstore.in with the following information:
    a) The change required 
    b) Your order number 

    Please note that these changes can ONLY be made before the order is dispatched. Once the dispatch is done, there is no scope for any change.
